New Hire/Open Enrollment is the time of year when you can make changes to your current benefits outside of a qualifying event. During this time newly benefits-eligible employees and current IAPMO group health plan participants may come on and off the available group health plan and add/remove coverage for eligible for dependents. This is also the time of year when you can add or remove any of the ancillary benefits available.
